I tried the number one and when that didn't work I called and they gave me one made up of letters and numbers and that worked .

We've booked for next September at CSR, but when I linked with my all numbers booking reference it came up as CBR. I gave them a call and 30 seconds later it was all sorted and showing the correct resort. Because I had to call the lady upgraded us to a Preferred room, without me even complaining or asking for anything.

yes pics of ssr. it seems to get really mixed reviews so wanted to see if the rooms are really as run down as people say they are.
the resort itself looks so lovely, and the pools also look nice.

We certainly don't find it run down and love it there. The only reason that we're not going back next year is that we've decided we'd like a break from the full ddp and just want the qsdp so are going to POR

I had the same problem, traveling to SSR in Sept this year and by January I was still unable to link the reservation in MDE (I booked direct through Disney). In the end I had to call Disney and they confirmed that the reservation had been made but the next step to activate it had somehow failed so they did it there and then for me and MDE was linked a few days laters.

We're staying ssr to in November 2016 and I can't link mine either someone told me it can't be done before 499 days before departure I'm not sure.

We are booked at CBR and can't link either, booked direct with Disney and he said it won't link until 220 days before departure!

It is all correct on the website but only shows tickets on the app on my iPod. May be another call!

Definately give disney a call my booking ref was all numbers but when I rang they gave me a one with letters and numbers which has worked. However have the problem of only tickets showing on my app which is ok as long as I can see it on my laptop.
