Just booked Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party for the last day of our upcoming trip. Never done this before so very excited! Has anyone else done it? What was it like?

We did it in 2017 and we’ve secretly booked to do it again this year. Our family enjoyed it. Though it was a tad chilly in the evening and we left a little early as we didn’t have hoodies and the kids were cold.

Ive done it before.
They have a special festive parade and Santa in on one of the floats. There is fake snow falling from mainstreet and you can pick up free hot chocolate and cookies from various stalls and shops around the park. Its fun!

Its amazing, we loved it when we did it in 2015! It snowed on Main street, the parade was fantastic - lots of smells in the air and lots of characters you don't normally see. We walked straight on SDMT. People start queueing to see the dwarfs around 2hrs before the party started, we didn't do this, we joined the queue late in the evening and only queued for 30mins.
Lots of free cookies and hot chocolate, rare characters to have photo opportunities - note though that some do not sign to try to keep the queue down, rides have shorter queues. I am sure you will have lots of fun

Very good but very busy
The parade is magical if stood on Main Street with the snow falling. The whole place is magical on the night but like I’ve said very busy! |

It’s good but can be very busy, we went in November and it was 30 degrees so very hot too! The parade was really good, better than Halloween.
