To be honest, I can’t remember anything but my memory is not that good.
However, I do remember teaching him something. He hated throwing anything away. He was so disappointed when the metal part of a potato peeler fell away from its wooden handle, mainly because the peeler was used to his way of using it. At the time I was in the Guides and so I whipped together the two parts and hey presto a very very happy dad and a rather proud daughter. Edited at 08:26 PM. |
