How do you go about finding/contacting one?

when you get sent your information from DFTW there is a list of officiants on it but, that doesn't stop you from finding your own, through places like the Dibb where people with great TR's will give you a valuable insight

Beaware though if you don't use a disney recommended one they count towards your guest numbers.

Do they all charge a standard price?

I can recommend Rev Tim Herring who officiated at our wedding last year. He was lovely and wrote a special service for us that was non religous and involved are kids. PM for more info

The costs that I have seen from Disney brides tends to be around the $200-$250 mark.
The officiant I have for our wedding in Vero charges $85 and she was recommended to me.
