Using my Halifax Clarity, I withdrew $300 yesterday, 11th Dec, at $1.3152 surcharge free, from the Cape Coral WaWa. I immediately paid HC via internet banking thereby avoiding interest.

$1.3479 at time of typing (1.50am UK), a 3c gain today, a result of predicted surges in Conservative votes. So, yes YT, may be worth either holding... or perhaps buying online, or...

Like a lot of things it is a gamble as to when is the “best” time to buy currency. The rate has gone up 0.2 cents however it could of dropped by a lot more.

Is there a way to find out what the credit card rates are? Need to pay my dvc dues so might do it now if I can find out the rate.
