A couple of questions on a fast pass.

Im at the 60 day mark on friday staying on site.

At 12.00 do i have to be there on the dot to get the best rides or can i do it when i get in from work lol

also in relation to the character fast pass. is it 1 fast pass per character or 1 fast pass per character ?
