Alamo Skip The Counter Ticket

Hi All

I have just done online check in for hubbie and me as additional driver.

When I print off the ticket it has barcode in top right hand corner and Reservation no, name and email address but none of the other details appear on it i.e. drivers info, additional drivers info and itinerary. All these details are just blank.

Is this normal ?

No its not normal but has been a known fault for the last 2 Months or so. As long as you have the barcode you are fine. Others on here have turned up at the garage with exactly what you have and have had no issues.
All the details are saved on the Alamo system it's just the print out bit that is problematic so you are fine.

As an aside Skip the Counter isn't necessary actually it's just an added bonus that some do and some don't and as long as you have done OLCI you can avoid the counter/kiosks and go straight to the garage with no issues.

I have just received an email from them with another attachment. When I print this all the details are there! So have both now!

Can I just check that I can go straight to garage and drive to exit barrier if I've done OLCI but not STC? 😊

rule of thumb : you have the barcode, you're good to go

(of course this is only valid if your rental location offers a *straight to the garage option* like at MCO.
For example at the Car Care Center you would still need to go to the desk)
