No, KSC only announces launches that have already been confirmed by NASA, but many launches are now commercial ones for customers other than NASA, so their list is never complete. There is a more comprehensive list at spaceflightnow/launch-schedule/
Bear in mind that launches are frequently delayed, so the ones currently pencilled in for April 12 and 16 might actually take place a few days later whilst you are there.
There is another ('not earlier than' April 24) that might happen whilst you are there depending on how long you are staying.
Then 4 more before the one at the end of July, that might happen later than that anyway.

You're not kidding there. For a number of years I was there for a scheduled launch of the shuttle but always missed it during my hols due to delays.

When I did get to one I spent my time looking in a camcorder viewfinder to record it for later viewing (luckily colour but still not the same) . On the later attempt on viewing it back at the hotel I realised I had forgot to press the record button in the excitement so had recorded nothing . Took me many years to live that one down with the family.
