Between a recommended and a most recommended day at the park on the planning guide I have a choice of two days at 1 Park which will be Epcot or Animal Kingdom but the recommended day suits me better van the most recommended day is there a noticeable increase in crowds between these two days t i a

There will be a little bit of a difference but with good use of fastness and dibs style planning there should be minimal difference for you

We've done MK on a recommended day and it was ok, did feel busier than a most recommended day but it was also at a busier period.

We'll be doing it again this year just because that's the way the days fall, I wouldn't avoid if it meant one less day in a particular park, just as Vicky said if you have fast passes booked and get there early you should be ok.

It's just a guide in the end, I'd go where best fits my schedule. I've seen most recommended parks have the busiest crowd level that day, or I've seen it be bang on. But there's not usually drastic differences in the crowd levels between parks. Say if recommended has a 7 crowd level, most recommended will probably be around 6.5. I'd even go to a not recommended park if that's what fit my schedule as again, it usually varies slightly higher - maybe a 7.5.

There are a few exceptions, mainly for MK around party season since the non-party days now attract much higher crowds compared to the shorter opening party nights. There was one day in particular last year where MK was an 8 or 9 when the other parks were 4 or 5. But that was definitely out of the ordinary from all the tracking I've seen.
