Disney/Seaworld Switch with MM and Parking Question?

Hi all

I have Purchased Disney/SeaWorld switch ticket for 14 days for this August from Orlando Attractions

Apparently the ticket includes free parking at SW/AQ and BG

How does this work

Also it includes Memory Maker which if I understand it is like the old photopass.
How do you activate it and does it include ride photos

Thanks

Memory Maker is activated when you first go into your first park, it's part of your ticket. It includes ride photos - you will need to swipe your ticket (or magic band if you get one) at the end of the ride to allocate your photo. You can then see them in MDE (which you need to add yoru tickets to). If you ahve magic bands then the ride videos (a few rides now have these) will also be added - by magic.

For parking at the seaworld parks - you just show them your ticket.

If you have a Magic Band you don't need to swipe on anything. It automatically knows you are on the rides. (On ToT and 7DMT you get mini videos - again it knows you are on the ride.)

In theory that's true - except sometimes it doesn't work very reliably. I think half the time we went on the rides the photos weren't linked to our account. On one occasion a random stranger's photo was linked to our account!

So I would always recommend that you swipe your MagicBand at end of the ride to ensure you get the correct ride photos.

To the OP - just in case you're not aware, you have to link your Disney tickets to your Disney account (sometimes called a MyDisneyExperience account or "MDE") in order to use Memory Maker. Once you've linked the tickets, there's nothing else to do with regards to Memory Maker - it activates automagically as Disney Bear says.
