Be our Guest, menu alterations?

Hi dibber

We have 2 reservations at BOG, 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner

Firstly about the lunch menu, my son wants the turkey baquette but will not eat it with Dijon mustard And my husband doesn't want horseradish bleu cheese cream in the beef baquette!

I understand lunch is self service, so when ordering your lunch at the screens can you select not to have these accompaniments?

Am I right in thinking you get a waiter at dinner who takes your order? May need to make a few changes there as well

Yes, you can take these items off either when you pre-order or on the day. We always take them off and have eaten there a number of times.

At dinner you just tell the server how you'd like things and it's not a problem

I just wanted to confirm that they're really accommodating for alterations! My party of five had two of the fussiest eaters on the planet (I'm one lol) for lunch, and I was able to get the beef sandwich down to literally just the beef and the bread when we ordered on the screens.

The lady who brought our food said it happens all the time, so don't worry

I'm pretty sure you can customise the order if you preorder online too.

I couldn't customise my breakfast on line (I hate black pepper), but when we checked in and scanned our bands at the desk I asked him to adjust my order so that I got my eggs plain, and they had no problem with that.

The problem I had was getting a breakfast that wasn't stone cold!
