It's probably too soon. It's possibly not usual in Asia to book so far in advance, I have been looking at Tokyo Disneyland for next year and I see that dates for their hotels only run to 11 April.
We went at the beginning of July this year, and I didn't book until mid-May. BTW I found it cheaper to book direct than through the other sites, with the 20% discount for >45 days advance booking (although no cancellation or changes allowed) and they offer a free room upgrade plus one fastpass each for online bookings.

We were in HK for 6 nights, but only 2 at Disney, staying at the Hollywood. Yes, we loved it, and would love to go back one day.
