Is there any site that will let me know when 'miles' seats become available?

Does anyone know of any websites where I could register my details , that will then let me know when VA 'miles's seats are available to book, or will I need to keep obsessively look throughout every day? Thanks.

To reinforce the above, I did just that (the £3 fee) and ended up managing to upgrade three more of us out of four on the way back, thanks to getting the email and phoning instantly.
