Soft Openings

Hi guys,

does anyone know how you can find out about soft openings before they open/on the day?

Flying on Thursday and really want to get a go on Kong while we're there and though we've got a fastpass ready for Frozen Ever After a day or 2 after it opens but we'll be in Epcot a few days before so wouldn't mind knowing if there'll be a chance of sneaking in before the fastpass a few days later.

I'm flying on Tuesday so interested to see the answers to this, particularly in regards to Skull Island.

Kong is soft opening now.
I don't think they publicise exact times that it is open. It's more of a case you turn up and hope it is soft opening I'm afraid.

We got into Diagon Alley on a soft opening and it wasn't publicised anywhere. We were just walking past and a member of staff asked if we wanted to see Diagon Alley.

I tweeted TheTimTracker asking how they know and he replied saying that they just kind of luck into it and make educated guesses, the other night they knew staff previews were going on 4-6pm and the park was staying open until 8pm so gave it a shot.

I think it's gonna be dumb luck for us if we get to ride kong!
