Noise cancelling headphones
0k I bought myself some Bose qc35ii for £286 with a 3 year warranty with some birthday money I was given.
I wanted to try out the noise cancelling feature and the bluetooth using a bluetooth transmitter plugged into the ife I decided to replace my wifes aging headphones with noise cancelling and bluetooth and stumbled across a pair on Amazon. See link below. They are a copy of the Bose qc35ii with some good write ups They are £59 and have a £10 off until the end of Sept. So if you fancy a peaceful flight across the pond with no engine noise and people chatting then these may be a good choice We fly out on 12th Sept so will give a quick review on both sets. I've got Bose too. Wouldn't fly without them. Would be good to hear the reviews on the others.

If you don't need BT you can get some great deals on Bose QC25's, my wife loves using them on the flights (my old headphones before my QC35ii's) plus I usually cable up for connecting the QC35's to the IFE so don't use BT therefore saving some battery life.
I've also had QC20's in the past and the in-ear comfort of bose with the NC was great, I just wish I hadn't snapped the connector in the damn IFE seat jack with my chunky thighs, although that did give me an excuse to buy the QC35ii's so swings and roundabouts!

I use the QC25s, purely as I couldn't justify to myself the extra cost for going cable-less - they're excellent re comfort, sound and noise cancellation

I bought these for my son this week, they seem pretty decent for the price (and he wanted a mic):
amazon/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 We haven't used IFE in years - can you use bluetooth or do I need to buy an adapter? |

Me too I had QC15s but hadn't seen them in ages and was convinced I'd lost them... then I found them in my cabin bag Hubby wants to replace his QC15s with the QC35s too.
