After 12 years
 I was marathon training this morning I had a 13 mile run planned. I've been struggling recently think my anemia is back again but sorting that out. I did 10 miles and then John met me at parkrun to run the last 3 with me. I cried round the course so upset with how heavy my legs were and how high the hills were haha. Anyway after parkrun he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him 🥰 weve just had a champagne lunch to celebrate 💕
