Just a quick update. We had a lovely relaxing holiday in Benidorm. Great weather and a good chill out
DD has started her new job, and absolutely loves it . She has been offered extra shifts so presumably they are happy with her . It's very early days but the shift in her outlook has been fantastic. Keen to get up , happy to talk about, more concerned about her presentation etc Don't get me wrong, the eating isn't any easier and of course she is out of the house longer than college and is responsible for eating her own lunch and snacks without anyone behind her. She doesn't really gets the breaks to fit in with meal plan structure , but that could end up two ways - either she just misses out on her snacks , or it could help her move to a more normal pattern , with her having more at meal times ( like 99% of the population ) than she currently does. Time will tell She lost her teenager status on Tuesday , which she took in her stride , which was really good considering her fear of the future and fear of becoming an adult It also marked 2 and a half years since the start of her main hospital stay
