Has any one stayed at westgate vacation villas ?

Hiya, we've stayed at there a few years ago. Positives are; lots of pools. Near to Disney and lots of restaurants, publix close-by, lots of facilities on site around the town centre part. Also the condos are really roomy. Negatives; whilst everything was clean and in working order - they condos are in need of a bit of an update, also they can be a bit timeshare pushy, plus customer service was a bit lacking (but they did fix the toilet within 2 hours of reporting it and did provide me with a brand new kettle on request - one with a plug as well!) I notice less than positive reviews but I was happy with it and, if I was on a budget, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We've also stayed at the original part of it as you first drive in ( can't remember what this was called) and This was similar.

It sums up our stay of 4 days when we had guest in our villa.

We are staying there in July. We have had a change of holiday this year and this has only been booked over this weekend. I am slightly concerned about some of the negative reviews but am hoping we will be pleasantly surprised.
Myself, Husband and our 18yr old twins and we have a 2 bed villa.
Has anyone else booked this resort?
