Linking ticket already brought to magic bands we get for staying on-site?

We already have our tickets and they are linked onto my disney experience, we now are going to book 2 nights on-site and will get magic bands.
How do we link this to our tickets?
When do we get our magic bands?
Will our tickets already linked to MDE pick up us staying on site what do we need to do?
I assume as soon as we get our booking infro for hotel we can link these then will get our 60 day fast passes?
Do we get our hotel booking sent to us soon after we pay?

Your tickets will automatically link to your magic bands, so you don't need to do anything.

Linking your on-site stay to MDE can take up to 2 weeks once you receive your booking comfy number.

As you booked your on-site stay and park tickets separately, FP booking will show 30 days until you hit 12pm at 60 days and then it will change.

I have a travel republic booking ref number on on form and booking locator number on the form to hand into hotel.
Are either of these my booking comfy number?
If not when do i get it and who from?
