Am also wondering what was wrong with Norwegian as we are flying with them next year and have heard really good reviews.

To keep it simple... very poor customer service when dealing with return flight change, due to Irma.
Flight crew were 60 mins late arriving( unfortunate).
Try speaking to a sympathetic voice(or British) at their call centres is impossible. They simply do not have the long haul capacity to deal with delays/cancellations.
Great prices, great planes, good on board service. Very Poor after/pre service.
If price is the key driver( it was for me), take your chances, but don't expect any help if you encounter delay.
Would only use again, if the price difference between other operators, was over £150 pp return. IMO.
