Magic my way

Hi.

We are travelling with newbies who want to visit magic kingdom. It’s been a while since we’ve done the parks. Could someone explain what magic my way actually is?

Also we were thinking of doing aquatica or volcano bay but don’t want a combo ticket. Can anyone recommend best way for this.

Many thanks.

Magic Your Way are tickets where you can choose how many days you want to visit the Disney parks. I think they come in something like 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7 day.

You can choose the basic ticket which allows you one day entry into one park for the amount of days you have chosen or you can choose the upgrade MYW tickets.

The upgraded ones are "hoppers" which allow you to visit more than one park on any day, using only one day of your ticket.

The other upgrade option is "fun visits". With these for every day of your ticket you also get a fun visit which is a water park or mini golf. So if you buy a 5 day ticket you also get 5 fun visits.

You also get tickets that combine the hopper and fun visit elements, best of both worlds but more expensive. Have a look at orlandoattractions.com , that's where we always buy our MYW tickets from and the website explains how they work better than I can! Hope that helps

Edited to add: just noticed you asked about aquatica or volcano bay. The MYW tickets are Disney only so you would need to buy tickets for these parks separately. I think orlandoattractions.com do some combo tickets that might work for you.

You can buy 1 day admission tickets for Aquatica and Volcano Bay. To give you some idea of the prices see the links below.
