101.5cm is 39.96 inches. Sooo close!

On average, kids around your son's age grow at a rate of around 6cm per year. That's 0.5cm per month. So in 2 months there's a reasonably good chance your son will have grown by 1cm. So it does look promising.

I guess it's a case of "hope for the best and prepare for the worst". Although try not to build up your son's hopes too much just in case he doesn't grow quite enough.

When I booked the holiday I choose the dates specifically in what looked to be the quietest time but with him being the oldest (and tallest) as possible before he starts school! ha ha

I have to admit I will be slightly gutted if he is a few mm too small.

I know we will have a fantastic time regardless but it will be slightly annoying if I find I could have left it a few weeks and he'd be tall enough! Never mind - first world problems and all that!

Treat him to a new pair of Nike air max and there's your 5mm lol I was in the same boat as yourself a few years ago with my little boy and there worked wonders. People talk about not wanting to cheat the height and putting there children in damaged, but it's 5mm. It's not like your putting them on stilts lol

Thank you! I've just had a look at these and they should hopefully do the trick.

I'm sure they will, there a god send. It'll make your holiday knowing you can go on a lot more of the rides together and only 70 days to go. It'll soon be here and so much to look forward to.

You are definitely taller in the morning. Do disney do bands that show you have been measured and meet the height criteria? When we went to chessington we headed straight to guest services and got him measured, they put a band on him and he didn't need to be measured again.

5mm is not a lot and all it will take is one growth spurt. Im sure you will be fine
