Be Our Guest room choice
Hi everyone
We're a party of eight and have lunch booked for Be Our Guest. Ideally, we'd like to be seated in the Grand Ballroom, as opposed to the West Wing or Castle Gallery. If we ask on arrival to be in the ballroom, is there a good chance they will accommodate us, or is it simply a case of what's available at that time? Also, can eight sit together at same table(s)? Thanks. |

we were 10 and sat in the ballroom last summer. You actually find your own table so it is a matter of what is available but you don't need to ask - just walk around and find a table.

You just go in and choose your own table. We went in to the west wing in
Front of the Rose. |

It's qs so you seat yourself. We went as a party of 8 last year and sat at one table, although it was made of other tables pushed together.

They have a selection of large round tables which will seat 8-10 in each of the rooms, or they can put a couple of 4s together.
The first time we sat in the ballroom, but even at breakfast it's a tad dingy. The West Ring is actually quite dark and atmospheric, and you have the problem of an almost continuous stream of people coming in and standing over you to take photos of the rose etc. We actually like the Rose Gallery. It's well lit - which we like - and the tables seem bigger and certainly less crammed in.
