That's awful. How can they live with themselves knowing what they've done?!

We always used to take a cheap pushchair and when AP holders just used the 'free' hire ones.

Horrible though that someone can do that.

Regarding locks though - I thought pushchairs had to be free to be moved should the CMs need to do so?

We've just been to Walmart and bought 3 bike locks for the villa pushchairs and put a notice on the garage wall reminding to use them and not leave valuables in them thanks for the warning

We used to lock our pushchair up at disneyland paris but after a couple of years doing this we were asked not to as sometimes they move the pushchairs to make space. We always used to take a cheap pushchair. We always make sure all of our stuff is in one bag and then we just pick it up and take it on a ride with us.

That's so upsetting - I'm so sorry you experienced something like that in a place that's supposed to be magical x

Yes, this is what I said further up. You often see CMs move pushchairs as not everyone is considerate enough to leave it in a sensible place (not saying anyone on here, just an observation!). I think it's best to take a cheap chair and take all valuables/kit with you - not easy I know, I've been there myself with all the baby kit as we started going when my children were 6 months old. The good thing about Disney is, within reason, you can usually take bags on most rides.

That's so awful I'm sure we've all accidentally forgotten to pick up bags at some time, and you just hope people will be honest enough to leave them alone until you can get back to where you left them. When we were there, someone had accidentally left a carrier bag in the bus station. When she went back to get it, her son's new toys and her camera with all her Disney photos had been taken out I can't understand anyone stealing those kind of things, especially somewhere that's so family-orientated. We had our toddler's pool toys stolen from next to the pool in a holiday park once and I couldn't understand that either. Everyone in the pool was with a young family, and it's just so odd that one of them thought it was ok to steal from a toddler.

With the pushchair, you really do just assume that it's going to be OK to leave them. I felt nervous the first time I took my dd to a children's theme park on our own, and had to leave her pushchair at the entrance to the rides, but everyone did it, and you just have to trust that everyone will be trustworthy.

It's not even about them not being left considerately. It's because the people who parked st the front leave and new people always park at the back so they need to move the strollers into the spaces left as people leave or they would fill the paths.

My sister will be taking a bike lock to DLP next week. Will just wrap it around the wheel so it can still be moved with a bit of lifting but can't be pushed properly.
