Another thumbs up for HoS. Brilliant. Thank you very much.

It's funny how some people are just so nervous about what is essentially a bunch of staff who can't touch you

We do all suffer from involuntary jumps though. I took a fella who doesn't get scared at anything. He just laughed his way through the whole thing, but he get caught out when an alien grabbed at him from the floor. He jumped like a baby

Do you have to get special tickets for HoS as you do for HHN?

$45 last year (I think) and that gets you early admission into the parks from 5pm.

When we went, and it was maybe 8 years ago, we got a special weekend (4 day) pass which allowed normal park admission, and howl o scream, and you could stay in the park and get early admission to the houses - we had a meal with a show - was very good. Don't know if they still do these, think they were called Stay N Scream

We always do the 'Scarefest' which gets you a 6pm Buffet and early jump on the houses. We've been able to do everything by 8:45 before now.

Never in a million years would you be able to do that at HHN, not even with the RIP tour.

That sounds amazing getting done by 8:45.

We're going for RIP this year. Last couple of times have been crazy busy.

We did whatever the name is for the express passes at California HHN in 2015. Makes all the difference.

We do multiple HHN nights and get the Frequent Fear tickets with Express passes so we can do a couple of houses and get out before it gets crazy. We are rarely at HHN after 9pm

But with HoS we do one night with ultimate tour as the smallest group you can book with is just the 2 of us. We do all the houses twice, have plenty of breaks for drinks and food and won't be getting back to the hotel until 1am but we only do it once (or maybe twice depending on funds :-))

Thanks again Emma.

We also get the frequent fear pass and do a few nights. However the lines are still stupid busy pretty early on. What we have forgotten to do is be in the parks before they turf people out. That would really help a lot, as they give you a bit of time before they open the main gates to the evening guests. Not to mention the fact that getting through the gates at the start of the evening is also very slow because of the increased security.

All the best,
James
