I would of assumed over Easter would be harder. Not sure how many fast passes are released but do you think they are all booked for a few days time if only just released? Not sure how it works.

I have managed to get one for our arrival day of 21st Feb. Disney added a second showing at 8.30pm, I'm just hoping that we have enough time (and energy!) after landing at MCO and getting Magical Express tranfers to POR to get on the bus to AK.

If they add more showings at 8.30 later into our visit I will cancel the first FP in favour of going to a showing further into our stay.
