Early admission/express passes - Universal

I've bought Universal tickets already from Orlando Attractions and we are staying at the HRH. How do we get into the parks early - is it using the room key? And do we get separate express line tickets issued by the hotel or are they included with the room key too?

You get the folp at a kiosk at check in using either a temporary room key or the actual one if your room is ready.

They ask to see your room key if you use early entry. I seem to remember they checked ours at two points in the park.

Each ride that offers Express has a separate queue.A team member will scan your Express Pass on the way in.
