July to mid August price drop UScar hire and others
Just a heads up for anyone who has booked for end of July into August.
I have just cancelled my Hertz reservation that I paid £472 for (18 days) and rebooked with UScar hire (Alamo) for £421 for a full size car. Only saving £20 as Hertz have a £30 cancellation fee Alamo Brits were a bit dearer but the cheapest I've seen for my dates since last September. Happy now as I had an SUV booked and didn't really want one due to going on a road trip. £421 is more than I've ever paid but just happy the price is going in the right direction. Edited at 11:14 AM.
