4 Parks and a water park in 1 day - is it possible?

In the age old tradition of work avoidance I've just been reading a brilliant blog post about a family who did all 4 parks in 1 day. They set themselves some rules - Disney transportation only [and as many different types as possible], and each park had to have 2 rides, 1 meet and greet, 1 Disney snack, 1 pin trade and 1 iconic photo
I was well impressed
It got me wondering, has anyone on here tried/done/failed/succeeded with added sparkly pixie dust at this? And, in the age old spirit of one upmanship, would 4 parks plus Blizzard Beach be possible [heck, add Typhoon Lagoon in there to make it 6 if you like]
Any suggestions that require me to examine maps, park descriptions and bus/boat timetables for several hours would be greatly appreciated

That sounds exhausting but fun!

We may try 4 parks in one day if we ever go back, again using Disney transport as we never hire a car.

We've done 2 parks a few times though...

Wowzers! Sounds like fun but I fear my DH would consider divorce if I mentioned it!

We always get the hoppers, but always have a car, we've very rarely used Disney transportation

What order do you do the parks in?

We did Typhoon Lagoon, went back to our room in the afternoon, then headed to HS by bus, got the boat to Epcot. It wasn't tiring at all and the boat trip lasted an hour more or less by the time it had stopped at all the hotels In the Boardwalk area.
I suppose if we had got a move on we could have got the Monorail to MK - that would have been 4 parks.

Don't know that I could do it with other people, too much effort and planning!
