Have you thought about Auberge de Cendrillon? If you have any princess fans they should love it.
2 daughters 7/2 so it's a safe bet they will love it

Ah yes, then there is no upgrade. You are on the highest dining plan. Therefore you can eat anywhere that is a Disney restaurant! Xx

With two daughters, definitely go for Auberge as well as Inventions.

Are you definitely getting the premium dining plan? I would just check that before planning / booking your restaurants, especially if you’ve been told you’re getting the plus plan. If you’re getting the dining plan free, it will be premium. It does sound like that’s what you’re getting, but just in case you’re paying for it, I would check which level you’ve got.

If you are on premium, I would definitely go for Auberge de Cendrillon and Inventions - we ate in Inventions twice and ADC once while we were staying in the DLH on the premium plan, and my daughters loved it.

Currently on full board plus wondering if it's worth upgrading

But if you're in castle club, Disneyland hotel, then it must be premium. You can't have a plan below your hotel grade, only above. Xx

I think it probably is possible when staying in Castle Club. The dining plan is supposed to match the hotel because of breakfast being in the hotel - but Castle Club would include the Castle Club breakfast as part of the room price. So the dining plan will just cover lunch and dinner, which could therefore be any level.
I’ve heard before about Disney making exceptions to this rule, most often when people are in club level rooms with the breakfast included.

I wonder if you could switch to half board premium. That might be better if you want to eat in Auberge de Cendrillon and Inventions (both very much recommended!)

If you definitely want full board, you could easily use it without having to spend too much of your day in restaurants. If you’re planning to have three meals a day anyway, and if the third meal is essentially costing £15, it would probably be quicker to turn up for a few snacks in a pre-booked buffet than to queue up in a counter service restaurant at busy times!

You needn’t be too tied to reservations either - standard buffets tend to have availability at the last minute (they still have queues for walk-ups though), so you could wait to book once you know when and where you’ll want to eat.
