Mobile Helicopter Tours

Hi all,

Thinking of doing a helicopter tour this year when i’m over. Problem I have is DW doesn’t want to do it so it’s just me but all the websites i’ve seen say min of 2 paying adults. Anyone know of a company that takes a booking for one person only? I know i’ll share the ride with others but I can’t find a company that allows bookings for 1!

Thanks

Would have thought they would do it if you paid for 2. If you are happy with that, then book for 2 and on the day 1 is just a 'no show'. Why would they object if they've got the money?

We went with International Heli Tours and most people just showed up. I would just go there and ask on the day you'd like to fly and I'm sure they'll match you up with someone.

Air Force Fun only seem to do walk-ups so it may be less of a wait until they can accommodate you.

If you're not fond of the idea of simply showing up then you could always call ahead and ask what they can do. It was our impression that it's a very spur of the moment business where people wait for a nice day and then go. We called ahead on the day we wanted to fly and were able to get a cheaper price that way compared to just showing up.
