The estate agents have listed this as a mobile home, it isn’t, it’s a park home. Static caravan/mobile home, which is not a permanent residence, has wheels that it can be transported on around the park or onto a transporter. A park home, which the listing is for, is for permanent residence, is built without wheels and can cost quite a lot of money, less than a house so is an alternative to buying a home near to say the sea, where housing is very expensive.

Crazy money, but I could advertise my favourite pair of Y fronts for £50,000 but I doubt anyone would buy them at that price, so it's only worth what someone will pay.
