Hi we did it in 2014, lovely night out parades were excellent and we didn't have to queue too long for rides. The only downside for us was that it was totally chucking it down, had to invest in ponchos! free hot chocolate and cookies helped though! hope you have a fabulous time, it is really magical

There follows a copy and paste from a previous response to a similar post - short version is, we loved it :-)

We did MVMCP in November 2014 - penned a little trip report on Trip Advisor (wasn't aware of the DIBB on our last vacation), so the memories as written are certainly fresher:
tripadvisor/ShowTo...o_Florida.html
In short, I do think it's over-sold for an all-ticket event, and whilst the CMs did their best checking tickets and wristbands between each area, I did get the impression more than a few stragglers remained from the day tickets.
But, the atmosphere was fantastic, the Christmas Parade (viewed away from Main Street USA, which was still too packed) was cool, and it was a memorable experience.
Glad I did it, and would do it again were we to visit at that time in the future.

Hi LAUREN-J, I have also booked MVMCP tickets for the 8th of November. I will be there with my DD(22), cannot wait to go and see MK decorated for Christmas. It will be our first time doing this and we have also booked tickets for MNSSHP on the 30th of October!

See you there! (If I knew what you looked like LOL! )

Hopefully stays a dry night but hot choc and cookies sound fab! We loved our nightly hot choc in the parks on our 2009 xmas trip!
