Accessing Passholder section of US Disney website

As a Disneyworld AP holder we are supposed to be able to access the US Passholder website but currently cannot. I have emailed Disney and they have confirmed that we should be able to, (also we should be able to access the whole US website), but the method they told me to use does not work. I emailed them back and they have said they will pass it on to their leadership team.
If you are AP holder email Disney and ask why we cannot access the Passholder section as the more people who do it hopefully means that it will get resolved sooner rather than later.

Once you are logged into your My Disney Experience® account, on the Walt Disney World® website, you should be able to see a globe symbol next to where it says, Welcome John. Clicking this Globe symbol will allow you to change the website from the UK version to the US version of the website.

Also does not work, as soon as you click on a link it takes you to the UK pages.

It's weird, using a VPN on Chrome worked for the last couple of weeks but now doesn't. Messed about a bit more and found a VPN on Chrome incognito can access the US site perfectly.

Have emailed and got the standard reply. They claim they are looking into it - we shall see.

I didn’t even know there was one. I’ll look into this, fo you think they will give us an extra few weeks on our pass with them closing ?

Someone has mentioned that they will extend AP’s. Maybe try the AP site - I haven’t checked it yet.
