Local Shopping
I have the good fortune to live in a town, known for its local shops. We don't have many chain shops in the High Steet. Vast majority are independently owned.
What I have seen this past week is that people are going out of their way to shop in these shops. We will get through this surreal and at times Black Mirror world we are curently living in. At the end of that I need my town to still be there. It would seem that others feel the same way. Personally we have moved to local even more than before. One of the local pubs has set up delivering vegetables. We are in. We can get through this together. |

All our little cafes, and pubs are doing takeaways, and the local taxi firms are delivering food shops and medication. We all want to support our local shops so they are there when we get to the other side of this.
