This is a false title. But I know the thread will be removed soon.

I just posted a genuine question about transferring Virgin points to something else like Hilton points.

Some �comedian� decided to post up a random number to call, which I did and I encountered a 90 year old women bewildered at the calls she had just had. I told poster to take their post down, they pretended it was a typo, it wasn�t I tried various near misses. I reported them.

End result. I am banned from swathes of the dibb.

So this is my last post. I know it won�t be up for more than minutes, but so be it.

You are not banned from �swathes� of the DIBB 😟 Please do not try and make out that this is more than it actually is!

Your access to the temporary coronavirus forum ONLY has been removed after a personal attack on another member. Telling another DIBB member that they should be ashamed of themselves and that you hope they are banned is not something we want to see on the DIBB.

The member was trying to help you, albeit had mistakenly put the wrong phone number. it wasn�t some random number as you are trying to suggest.

When you quoted them they acknowledged their mistake and changed the number.

Please refer to our T&C�s specifically section 3.3

I have for the past few weeks been reminding members not to make their comments personally aimed at other members and to keep their replies friendly.

I know tempers are probably frayed at the moment but that is not an excuse to attack other members for whatever reason.

Further to above,
The number the person trying to help you had the last digit incorrect

The number that should have been posted was 01293 538888

Search that number on google you will see it is for Virgin

I think at the very least you owe an apology to the member that was actually trying to help you.

I don't normally do this but I'm getting fed up of someone breaching our T&C's then taking to the forums with untruths or exaggerations making it look like Admin are the ones that are out of order or being unfair :-(

As I said earlier, I know tempers are frayed in this very unsettled climate that we find ourselves in. But at this time we should be helping one another not attacking each other.

Come on lets try and be friendly to one another.
