BWV room request?
We have booked a garden/pool view studio for April.
We have only stayed there once before and had a room overlooking the "Village Green". We did not really have a chance to spend much time round the resort so I am not exactly sure where the pool/garden view rooms are situated. I know requests are not always possible but my choice seems to be near lobby or near elevator. I am not going to the parks so will be spending quite a bit of time, alone and round the resort. Any recommendations? Thanks

If it's a decent view you're after I would be phoning member services and asking for 'high floor & pool view' noting on the reservation. Then just select high floor on online check in.

I agree.
Only stayed here a couple of times, the first time we were low & had no view, our balcony was completely obscured by trees!

I like high floor as well.
The pool / garden rooms are all along the same side of the corridor. Overlooking either the pool or the village green. The opposite side of the corridor are either Boardwalk view or standard view (overlooking the front drive). The very top floor is a much shorter corridor than the others. So usually nearer the lifts and above the trees. |

Thank you. I had already requested a high floor, always do, but have just asked via chat to add a unobstructed view.

I think (think, not sure) the rooms on the other wing overlooking the village green are classed as pool/garden, too. I know absolutely most are along the never ending corridor
The reason I mention it is a room there will be very close to the lobby and if OP grabs one there are some amazingly big balconies, even for studios. As well as a bit of a Boardwalk view. We lucked out with one once and it was amazing, but this was a few years ago so I don’t know if they’ve been reclassified or anything!

We had a village green view last year which were classed as garden and not standard - we did try and get one of the rooms with the massive balconies but this was not available.
However, we ended up in a room directly above the one we asked for! It was a great location, with a view over the garden and some of the Boardwalk! I have the same points room booked this year but am waitlisted for standard to save points but don't think that will happen lol

We stayed there last week with a boardwalk view. We were very happy. We watched the Epcot fireworks from our balcony, with wine and pizza of course!
Our room 2007 was 60 seconds from the boardwalk and 2 mins from the pool, perfect for us! I know you asked specifically about garden view but sharing in case others were undecided x Edited at 02:27 PM. |
