I think Café Tu Tu Tango is a great date spot! It has a unique vibe and the food and drinks are delish. Plus, because it's primarily tapas, the sharing of food is great for a date.

It's been a long time since I've been there, but I had a lovely romantic meal at Maggiano's on I-drive a few years back. Lots of dark wood and dim lighting, so made for a lovely atmosphere. Food was good too!
