Refund if booking with Tesco vouchers

We can cancel our HRH booking up until 21/5/20, does anyone know what would happen to our hotels.com/Tesco vouchers? Trying to work out if we can rebook if the worse comes to the worst.

We've booked through hotel.com via club card vouchers and Tesco said it was non refundable/transferable. Our travel insurance also doesn't cover the use of vouchers.

You would lose them, the t & c�s state they�re non refundable. You could call Clubcard on 0800591688 and see what they say but I wouldn�t get your hopes up. Sorry.

Thank you, needed to consider worse case scenario. I guess you never know given how it's impacted so many they may change their policy like airlines etc have, but for now will assume lost (IF cancelled!)
