Hi everyone, I pre-ordered Disney + via Top Cashback and it didn't track. I've raised a claim but TopCashback are asking for an order number - I can't find this anywhere either on the emails from Disney or when I log into Disney +. Anyone have any ideas where I might find it?

It’s so annoying, you just have to write something in the box then send a message and say it’s a subscription there isn’t an order number. Thankfully they resolved mine quite quickly (although not enough, £11.60 instead of £15) but my Audible one they keep asking me for an order number it’s driving me batty.

Exactly the same thing has happened to me. I have queried the amount and said it was advertised as £15.00 cash back. Let’s see what they say

Yes, I got a message a couple days later (before I queried because tbh I was just happy to get the £11.60) but it said if it’s not the right amount reply to this message, so they obviously know it might not be the right amount?! So I replied then to say it should be £15. Fingers crossed!

I’ve just had a request from them for more information - being the order number - the box says it needs the email address used for the order, not a specific order number.
