Yesterday, our neighbours daughter donated various food items to our street of 10 houses!

She worked in a local cafe in town, which had to sadly close. They'd ordered and prepped items for today and the week ahead. Each house had 6 or 12 eggs, large toms, delicious coleslaw etc. Such a lovely generous thought, otherwise it would have been binned.

One of the other neighbours has set up a what's app group for us too, for help or just to have a chat. We're keeping an eye on our elderly residents too.

We're possibly having a weekly coffee/tea afternoon where we can have a drink and a chat (obviously social distancing! ) but nice to see other people for those that are on their own. We'll see if it works...

It's great to be part of a lovely community ❤
