This is so reassuring, thanks Andy. I’m currently trying to untangle a French holiday independently booked. The apartment owners have been brilliant, it’s often the smaller operators who are more human in this crisis.

We paid for our June trip back in January, it was just one thing we wanted to get out the way whilst we had the money. I checked the cancellation options and can wait until nearer the time just in case we still go (I’m ever hopefully).

Andy has been great throughout with dealing with any questions.

Yup. What a great service. Had to unfortunately cancel for our May car hire, money was back on my credit card next day. Also wanted to hire from a centre not on the web site (Riverside, Californifa), quick email and bingo! car hire sorted.

Andy is my first and only port of call now.

Thanks for this. We’re in the same boat, our holiday is booked for mid-July with our car hire due for payment in May but we just don’t know whether we’ll still be going. . Andy - do we need to contact you nearer the due date for payment?

Here's another vote for Andy / DFCH. I've not needed t speak to Andy direct but the service provided so far, through the booking process and competitive pricing etc, is excellent.
My time with DCFH, hopefully we'll get there !
