Do not book with them, booked flights and car hire and due to travel ban are unable to go, they won't give refund even though it was a package, all correspondence just tells you its airline policy and take it up with the airline, they send you a link to read, they do not mention the car booking at all or offer a redund for thst either, they are ATOL members but not all bookings covered but they dont tell you that, all was fab till the travel ban so please please be aware when booking with them as they will not help at all with refunds
