Re booking for 2021 split stay, package or book a private villa

Hello
Supposed to be going this August, we booked most of it via my magic (Pofq, car, flights, 21 day tickets and two nights at RPR) but the villa was a private rental. We know this year won’t happen. Our villa is nt available for next year. My Magic can transfer our booking to next year. It will cost more, fees from Virgin and Disney and they are not sure on free dining- it’s the only reason we would book on site. I’m wondering whether to keep the villa separate (more choice and areas closer to the parks) and book ourselves or ask them to source it. What’s the safest most secure way of booking a villa and why?

This is one of the best guides i can point to it is a sticky in the accommodation section that was put up by a dibb owner and details the things you can do to make a private rental it is one of the most comprehensive guides i have seen.
