Can we keep dining?

Just been looking on the Closure page on WDW, does this mean they will honour the free dining as obviously this is an existing offer that we have

Not if the dates you are changing to are outside the dates of the original offer, so to check in no later than 3rd October.

If you hoping to reschedule before that date then yes they will honour it.

We are due to go 27th June and are thinking of rebooking for first two weeks in December but I’ve asked and they won’t allow us to carry free dining over unfortunately.

As above or they may honour for next year but only if they offer FD for 2021- all bets are currently off & I think a lot will depend on how severe the Us economy "tanks" as they will then be more inclined for International offers IYKWIM but it's all "pie in the sky" until they relax Entry to US

Can I ask where you saw this update please?

I had checked this on Friday so I’m presuming it’s changed since then?

Are you sure? Because US Disney is :
Eligible guests can take advantage of an exclusive vacation package offer that includes accommodations at a select Disney Resort hotel, park admission, and a Disney Dining Plan – valid for arrivals most nights June 1 through September 30, 2020 when they book through May 31, 2020.

It says 'if applicable' which makes all the difference. Eg if you want to reschedule for after 3rd October free dining isn't applcable then so you won't get it.
