hoping to try the ts dining plan too

thinking of moderate resort like pofq or CB
but if there is not much difference in upgrading to ts dining and staying in delux with TS included it might work for us

fingers crossed

anyone any idea it would be to upgrade to TS from QS please?

stay safe everyone
It will be about £18 per person per night, so £72 per night for your group. Very unlikely you would get a deluxe for only £72 more, possibly Animal Kingdom.

I have never heard that the US deals are better. I dint think the park tickets are as good as UK tickets either.

If we book in the next few weeks/months would insurance companies cover?

I would say that is very very unlikely.

Hadn't thought of that. Although I'm really not sure any insurance will cover for Corona until there is a vaccine.

Disney will already have some idea how busy next year is going to be with all the re-booking going on. I suspect if Disney was/was not going to offer it they have now changed their plans in some way.

Thinking this too so fingers crossed they run the free dining promotion.

I keep changing my mind daily on 2021, i want to go in May but part of me thinks it will be too busy and if social distancing is still playing a part in our lives will it be harder to get ADRs and on rides due to reduced capacity, so many unknowns, i hope things are a bit clearer by June when i need to get flights locked in

I had a little think about whether free dining would be offered or not and I would be very surprised if they did offer it before they definitely know when the parks will re-open. Currently Disney is very busy with people rescheduling for later on in the year and into next year and the last thing they would want is people clogging up the phone lines and website booking free dining when they don't need to offer it yet.

I've been told (and so have others) by a travel agent that it is going to be announced on 2nd April with booking from 3 weeks after that. Don't know about the details though.
