I Have Just Been Refunded!

Morning all

I had a package booked with Thomas Cook, booked directly with them in February this year for a week in February next year.

I have just checked my account and have been refunded the moneys paid to Thomas Cook (£1,450) I applied for the refund 7th October so it is within the 60 days.

I haven't had any emails though to say that the refund was coming or had been paid.

brilliant new about your refund , can i asked around what time did to complete the online form , i applied for the refund on the 7th October at 9,15am , and still have no reply at all , i phoned last week and was told to wait until the 60 days , before phoning again

I applied at 9am on the dot, I had a number allocated when I had applied but that was it no other contact at all. Just the money appearing in my account!

Keeping everything crossed that you get your refund as soon as possible!

Just a quick update I just received an email from protect claims on behalf of the CCA confirming that my claim has been settled, after I have had the refund!

Finally got ours today. Got an email to say it was refunded on 30th Nov and should take 2 days to appear in account and it has. It has been 60 days.
