NI Dibbers - a Banbridge question
We’re looking to buy new suitcases and DH and I are thinking of driving up from Dublin to the outlets next Saturday.
We’re going there rather than Kildare Village as they have both an Antler and Samsonite shop. Just wondering if any of you have visited the outlets in recent months and could let me know if those shops carry a good selection of stock? |

Sorry - not too sure about shops in question - but just wanted to let you know the boulevard( outlet) is not a patch on Kildare village imo. Bought last cases in Antrim outlet( antler) - but good offer on Tripp in Debenhams at the minute . Happy shopping!

Thank you. I would normally opt for Kildare as it is much closer but like the option of having Samsonite/American Tourister and Antler in the same spot.
They have Samsonite in Kildare and the other luggage shop is Tumi which even at outlet prices is outside my budget. I will have a look in Debenhams during the week on my way home from work. |

I haven’t been in either of those shops for a while but neither of them are big shops but both only sell luggage so I’m sure you would have enough choice . I myself still think the Tripp ones in debenhams are better value

Just updating to say we went to Banbridge this morning and got new suitcases.
Our current luggage is Antler but have to say I wasn’t too impressed with the range in their outlet store. Ours are 20 years old at this stage and have served us well but needed to replace the larger one and the cabin bag. Ended up in Samsonite and got ones that we really like with an extra 10% off the sale price so am happy. Also popped up to Sprucefield to pick up a few bits in Sainsbury’s that the supermarkets south of the border don’t stock so all in all a fruitful road trip. Edited at 11:44 PM. |
