City Walk Advice

For those that have just stayed at a Disney hotel or an offsite hotel have you used a taxi or maybe even walked (if you can) to City Walk?

I'm debating whether to do a split stay at Disney and Universal or just Disney and taxi to universal / City Walk when we want to go. obviously it all comes down to price!

We are two adults travelling, we like to have a drink in the evenings and see some entertainment. So would you advise that maybe staying at Universal to make the most of City Walk would be the right thing to do? Is it worth it, restaurants, bars etc?

Too far to walk ...about 10 miles from Disney springs! Uber / taxi is an option. We’ve done split stays which works for us (on-site at Disney and Universal).

Yes staying at Universal is good. Can walk from Aventura, etc.

We always do it as a split stay, we stay 3 nights at universal first and then move to Disney for 11 nights and that works well for us as we don't ever have a car

It's way too far to walk from Disney to Universal. You can get a taxi and it will cost anywhere from $18-22 each direction so just depends how many times you want to go to universal

I would do the split stay. I would be doing it more for express pass than for access to Citywalk though, nice enough though Citywalk is.
