I received another email this morning. "We are still waiting for your response on your query. We are sorry to hear that you are unable to join the activity." My flight is May 16th so will need to wait a while.

This is our latest reply from Klook.
"we have received a response from our relevant team and we would still require your flight cancellation documents at this moment for the cancellation. Kindly please provide us with the documents below once received from your respective airline. We sincerely appreciate your kind understanding and we are looking forward to your response. - Named flight e-ticket/itinerary/reservation record (English version); and - Named air ticket and flight cancellation proof (English version)" We still can't get anywhere as our flight is still showing as going!

Just an update, refund for Klook universal 14 day tickets arrived this morning. So that took 18 days to get to me. Won’t need to continue with Barclaycard intervention now !
I’d had a separate message from universal saying these tickets had been extended to June 2021 which would’ve been useful but with the chaos of the world right now I’m glad to have the refund tbh. Even if tickets cost a bit more next year. |

Now that my holiday on the 24th April with tui isn,t going ahead i sent Klook screenshots of my e-tickets and the generic e-mail sent out by Tui yesterday saying that all holidays up to 14th May have been cancelled. got a reply saying
Thank you for the attachment given. Regards to your request to cancel booking reference CVG****** - Universal Orlando™ 2 or 3 Park Explorer Ticket, please be informed that your request has been escalated and waiting for approval. Since there is high cancellation traffic due to Corona virus issue, we afraid that it may take few days to process. Rest assured, we will notify you as soon as we receive the update. We appreciate your kind patience and understanding. Thank you. For any other questions, feel free to let us know. Happy to assist with your travel plans. Cheers, Fatnin R. KLOOK Support Team Then 26 mins later got this Fatnin R. (KLOOK) Apr 9, 18:42 +08 Dear Christopher, Good day to you! We are glad to inform you that your booking reference CVG***** - Universal Orlando™ 2 or 3 Park Explorer Ticket has been cancelled and refunded. Please note that if payment was made using a credit card, banks generally take up to 7 - 10 business days to process and transfer the funds into your account. Some banks can take up to 15-30 days, or until your next billing cycle. For other payment methods such as PayPal, kindly check with your payment solution company. Even though KLOOK has no influence on these timescales, feel free to contact us if you have not received the refund after 30 days and attach a copy of your bank statement that covers the date the payment was made until the 30th day from the date this booking was refunded from our end. Very quick responses now just have to wait for money to appear on my Barclaycard statement, so far though have been highly impressed with the response received.

I got this email too on 16th March and I'm still waiting on refund. Emailed then again at the start of April to be told refund was done on 19th March. I emailed them again 2 days ago and they have escalated it. Just a heads up that you will probably wait a while for refund. I'll update once I hear from them.

Hi all
Just to let you know I contacted Klook yesterday for a refund for the 14 day 3 park universals tickets x3. The first response to my request was an extension of the ticket date until Sept 21 which wasn’t any good as unsure if we could travel next year so requested a refund and cancelled the tickets. Checked my emails this morning and they had refunded the cost of my tickets to my Paypal account ...showed the amount refunded just needs to clear in my linked account. I have to say was very impressed with how their support team handled my request and amazed how quick they refunded me. |
